Can you believe we are headed into the final week of January. Spring is supposedly around the corner, but you never know here in the Northwest. It has been surprisingly dry and cold. I will take it. Always happy to see the sun.

I am excited to be participating in Rummanah@Books in the Spotlight new feature: Forbidden Reads. She will be featuring banned books and reviewing them and explaining how she feels about the reasons given for banning the book. As I have prior commitments, I won't be able to start doing this until May, but after that you will see a monthly post from me as I read some of these banned books. Steph@The Readingista (who used to blog @Five Alarm Book Reviews) is back, yeah!
