It's almost the middle of March, and it still feels like Winter here. Spring isn't in sight. We suffered through another week of cold rain, even some scattered snow showers. Our daytime highs have been in the forties. Seriously! Is Spring ever going to come?
Everyone here is feeling so cooped up. I have been busy though, working diligently on my TBR pile and my cross stitch. I completed my March block of my calendar.
Here is what it looks like to date. Excuse the wrinkles:
I am having fun with my stitching, it keeps me sane, especially with all the cold wet weather. The weatherman promises that we will see more sun breaks and some warmer temps next week, but it will still be rainy. I will take sixty degrees and showers over the cold.
Did you remember that we have to set our clocks ahead. Don't you hate losing that hour of sleep. It took me forever to explain it to my inquisitive six year old son. He wanted to know why someone decided to skip between two and three A.M.

Do any of you watch This Is Us? I started watching it at the end of January, and quickly worked through all the episodes that were out, as I watched them On Demand. These last few weeks, I have had to watch the shows as they release, and I have to tell you, the last two episodes had me in tears. Touched close to home. I don't watch much TV, but I can tell you that This Is Us is fantastic. Unfortunately, there is only one more episode for the season, and then I will have to find something else.
