Happy weekend! Whew! We made it through two weeks of company! The last of the company cleared out Tuesday morning, and I spent the day relaxing and recouping. I enjoy company but it gets to the point when you are ready to have your house back and get back into your routine. I have slowly been working my way back into the regular schedule. I have been catching up on the blog, cleaning up, doing laundry and convincing myself to get back on my elliptical. The elliptical hasn’t happened yet, but that is the plan for next week.
Our summer is winding down, I am sad about that but glad too. It has been a crazy busy one with travel, company and lots going on. It will be nice to have the kids settle back into school, but that isn’t for a three and a half weeks. For the rest of summer, relaxation is on the schedule and some fun family stuff.
Hopefully you all enjoyed your summer, I know many are starting school in the next couple of weeks. So if you still have time to soak up summer sun enjoy it. Fall is right around the corner.

That’s it from Portland. We are enjoying some cooler temps after lots of ninety degree days, temps are supposed to hit ninety again beginning of the week. Thank goodness for air conditioning.
